Welcome to the Landgasthof Fischer, your idyllic and environmentally friendly holiday farm! Our farm offers an authentic rural experience, complete with a Variety of lovable animals, including ponies for exciting riding experiences, cows, goats, chickens and rabbits - perfect for our little guests. Our property has amenities for the whole family, including a soccer field for sporting activities and a table tennis and billiards room for entertaining. But that's not all: the environment is important to us. That's why we focus on sustainability andrenewable energy sources. Our wood chip heating uses the renewable raw material from our own miscanthus field, while our solar system generates clean electricity on 144 fields. A Holiday farm with tradition
From a former medium-sized estate to a holiday farm with overnight accommodation and a restaurant: our farm was first mentioned in the community records as early as 1784. It was probably managed by the ancestors of the Fischer family (Dittrich family, later Lobin family) since 1884 and passed on or sold.
The family worked on the farm until 1960 (my parents Christa and Fritz Fischer). Then came the merger through the LPG with field cultivation and later livestock farming. From then on, the farm buildings, the stables and parts of the house were empty.
In 1994 the farm was transferred to me (Torsten Fischer) and the idea of a guesthouse was born. We started in 1998 with 5 guest rooms and the breakfast room in the house. In 2003 the attic was expanded and our guesthouse was expanded to include 5 guest rooms.
Due to good demand, in 2006 we also expanded the outbuilding with a hayloft into 8 guest rooms and 2 holiday apartments. Finally, the large barn was completely rebuilt and in May 2010 the farm tavern with kitchen, 3 holiday apartments and 11 guest rooms were completed.
This is how the farm is reloading today over 200 years in its new purpose, guests from near and far are welcomed into a very special ambience.
